Is this normal - little holes in my rear lense

Is this normal - little holes in my rear lense
Today washing the car, I noticed these little pin holes in my rear lenses. I have them on both sides in about the same spot, so I am thinking that the lense are failing? The car is garage kept. Thanks in advance.

The plastic rings are from the moulding (eject points) the cracking is not normal
