AIRSCARF buttons light up but no air comes out

E250 Cabrio
AIRSCARF buttons light up but no air comes out
My E250 Cabrio AIRSCARF seems to be on the blink. When I push the buttons to turn on the AIRSCARF they will light up but only one light out of the three, and no air is coming out. It doesn't matter how many times you press the button, it only ever shows one light.
Has anyone else has this issue or am I doing something wrong!
