How to remove GPS and Tele aid for 2007 E350 Mercedes

Does anyone know how to disable all GPS capability for a 2007 E350 Mecedes sedan? I used to date a cop and had to file a restraining order against him. I would like to make sure he cant track my vehicle for safety purposes. Can you provide instructions that a woman could follow?
