Back pressure 4.5 bar, dpf wont complete regen cycle
Hi all,
I own a 3.0 diesel om642 E class coupe which has destroyed my life for the past 4 years.
Its main problem was that it kept regenerating its dpf every 60km, 90% of the cycles were not completed because of a very high temperature recorded by the b19/11 sensor(upstream of turbo).
Eventually the engine blew up. 2 years later I bought another C207, took the engine off it, put it on my car and I have the same problem …
At idle back pressure is ok, within parameters. However, while carrying out the dynamic test on xentry, which tells you to have the acceleration pedal over 90% pressed, I get a back pressure of 4.5 bar ( 2bar is max allowed )
I have replaced all dps sensors, back pressure sensor, b19/11 sensor, turbo, dpf.
This car has driven me nuts, I do not know what else to do.
