Odd noise
I have an odd noise that sounds like a squeaking more than a rattle. The noise seems to come and go and goes away when accelerating. Ive not experienced any loss in power.

The noise sounds normal to me, I played it with my headphones on.
The M278 and M157 are both loud engines.
And the additional noises you hear sound like the engine ancillaries at work.
The E550 has the M278 engine, very similar to M157.

Appreciate the response. I has what sounded like a whirring noise and have sourced it to be the PCV Crankcase Valve - In the process of getting it replaced
