Question Body Kit SWAP project

Hey all,

I bought an e350 A207 2010 for a specific purpose. The body kit that was installed on it was a limited edition (only 8 were made worldwide and it has everything done including suspension, lowering, rims, etc.). It was even featured in a car magazine before.
My intention on the longer term is to buy either 550 or 500 (W212 generation 2009 - 2012) and make complete parts swap between the 2 cars. Move the whole body kit, suspension and alloys from the current 350 to the 500 or 550.

My question is, what are the differences, if there are any, between the 350, 500 and 550 with regards to suspension specifically? From a body perspective, they all share the same so I presume it will not be an issue to swap the body kit and alloys and install the stock parts from the 500 or 550 into the 350

Thanks!

I would think the weight of the engines would be the issue, where the front suspension spring and strut might be different.
