Drivers side parking light on when parked and locked. Why??

2011 e350 cabriolet
Drivers side parking light on when parked and locked. Why??
Sometimes the drivers side lights stay on when parked and locked. Is this normal?
I can’t find anything in the manual about this.

E550 Coupe 2wd (2016)
On mine it only does that when I turn the headlights Off by turning the lights to that one side parking setting. Then if I forget to turn it back to normal after I shut down, the left park lights will be On.

If that's not your case, but you do have that left lights only option on the light switch, I spoze the switch is glitching?
