Interesting. I have a 2012 E550 Coupe. If I were to go with something like this: https://www.carputech.com/products/w...1650fda5&_ss=r

Does it use the existing backup camera?
Which OEM functions will I lose?
Will steering wheel controls all work?
Do all navigation wheel controls work?
Any other pertinent info?

I can only advise this. If you're handy, do it yourself otherwise be ready to pay about $500 or more for an installation.

I have just installed this type of thing in my C207. I cannot for the life of me create enough space behind the radio for the wiring loom. Any tips on this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
