I have a 2011 E550 Coupe that I simply enjoy driving. It has been an absolute pleasure driving this vehicle since I purchased it 8 years ago. I have driven it to Montreal, Nova Scotia, all throughout the 6 New England States and there respective coastal shores, and I have never had a problem beyond routine maintenance. However lately I have been a hearing a rattling and bucking tremor when I press on the gas. The noise and shaking is temporary but most recently it has getting worse. I have since replaced the timing belts and pullies, the brakes and rotors, and brake lines. I say all of this because now I have spent close to $3,000 in parts and labor and a recent diagnostics before the noise is telling me I need to replace the oil pan because it is rotted. The transmission pan is also rotted and leaking, and I need new front struts. Now the car starts tremble after driving above 45 and begins tremble and cranking when braking and it wasn’t doing that before. No warning lights are coming on the dash and before I spend another $5k to $6k just to fix the items mentioned, my question is what could be causing this problem?
