Media interface in center armrest
I'm having an issue with my comand shutting off randomly and I believe the media interface is the issue. I'm getting D019 fault code "most communication has a malfunction (ring break at position 2). Anyways I'm trying to access the interface to place a loop in between to see if that fixes it. Does anyone know how to remove the armrest to access the interface or have access to wis to help me look it up? I would greatly appreciate any advice or help very much. Thank you

(FYI : The media Interface Module can also be located behind the glovebox).
