New to me german wiring problems

Looks like I got some german wiring problem here like some of the folks who had lights not functioning properly. I am thinking of soldering the wires and reinforcing this section as it just cant take movement of the trunk. To those whp had thos problem what did you guys do to fix it and did it last? Good thing mine is just busted ground wires. Cant imagine what this will do when it touches positive wires.

Appears as if this wire bundle is being crushed. I'd cut out the damage and extend the length of all the wires so that the bundle can be re-routed to avoid being crushed. An overlay of tape wrapping and some zip ties to secure its placement won't hurt.

I had the same issue that caused one of the rear lights not working. Took it to a MBZ specialist who immediately identified the issue with the brown wire (I think its ground) and several others like what you showed in the picture. He extended the brown wire and taped it as well as taped all the others, these wires are in the trunk on the right side, not the best job but it solved the problem.

Fixed it by soldering the wires that coating the wires in that section with hot glue (each wire) to stiffen and insulate the wires then wrapped it with grip tape.
