2014 E350 Coupe
Oil leaking onto manifolds and burning

Greetings, all. I now have the second MB in the household. Anyway, I am looking to see if there is anyone that has replaced the valve cover gaskets on a ~2014 E350 Coupe (non-4matic and 75K miles). I have a very bad oil leak with burning smell from the manifold and believe the right bank gasket needs to be replaced. I cannot seem to find the correct gaskets online. Might need to take it to my local Euro-car shop. Certainly not going to the dealer.

Well there are no pre-made gasket available for sale.... MB uses liquid RTV sealant.

Can you physically see the oil leak ???

There are other sources of oil: camshaft-covers can leak st the engine back near firewall.

A lot of M276 engine oil gets ingested through the intake plenum and does smell like a giant oil-leak, specially when oil is old with lost viscosity.

My point being don't assume it's just a failed gasket you need repaired.
