Use a scanner to "NORMALIZE" ie. retrain your windows.
Right now the door module ignores your windows.
These issues are usually associated with unstable ir low VOLTAGE conditions.
Be sure to "normalize" windows when voltage is near satisfactory (not a known flat battery).

Canceling Voltage Chaos
the underlaying issue is unstable low voltage - The cure for that is a battery maintainer so called battery "float charger".
It helps by keeping up battery charge instead of multiple battery troubles.

thanks , yes I have one and my battery tested ok but after putting it on for a few days seemed to do the trick. Only drive this car a few times a week so looks like I need to keep it on the trickle charger more often.

This bit me several times, and it seems the pattern (for me) is when I disconnect the batt while the door is open. I assume when it powers back up it thinks that partially open position is closed?
Now I close the doors before disconnect and it hasn't done it since.
