Sat Nav and DAB

Sat Nav and DAB
Hi All,
Newbie to this forum and sorry if this has been asked before but I am unable to find any answers yet.
I have just purchased a 2011 E350 cabriolet and although the manual states I have DAB and sat nav, I can't get them working.
DAB:-
I am unable to select the DAB from the menu, this only shows FM, MW, AM etc,.
Sat Nav:-
The sat nav is turning on but not finding the location. It is showing as being in the middle of the North Sea, if it is, the roof is working great at keeping the water out.....lol
Suspected fault, I have ordered a new Shark Fin antenna (which has the 2 purple/pink plugs the same as the one installed), could this be the issue or is there anything else I need to check?

Latest news, I bought a used shatk fin antenna and now the sat nav is working.
Still can't get the DAB on. The system is a comand 4 or 4.5. Going into the settings I can see the DAB is greyed out, how can i enable it (if its possible)?

Before you begin swapping parts, hook up your trusted scanner to read all the reported faults.
This knowledge will help guide you towards a working solution.
