Can I display the cameras without backing up (2017 E300)

The cameras turn on automatically, of course, when I back up, and I can select various views. But sometimes I want to display the cameras when I'm not backing up, if I'm navigating within a tight area -- for example, to see how close I am to other cars, bushes, etc.,

Is it possible to display the camera views without backing up?

Thanks.

Not sure if it's the same on the E300, but for my GLE, you just press and hold the car button on the center console.

For the 2018 E400 so maybe close for your vehicle.
Page 184 in the manual:
Opening the camera cover of the rear view camera
Multimedia system> Vehicle Assistance> Parking Pilot
Select Open Camera Cover
* The camera cover closes automatically after
some time or after an ignition cycle.
Assigning the camera as a favorite
You can call up the camera view directly in the multimedia system by assigning it as a favorite.
# Press the <<home>> button on the touchpad or
controller.
The main functions are displayed.
# Navigate downwards twice.
The Favorites menu appears.
# Select New Favorite.
# Select Vehicle.
# Select Camera.
