Gotta say my 2019 e450 Cabriolet rides fantastic even on rough roads
Was pleasantly surprised. Got up north here with my e450 cab and the road are in fairly rough shape after the winter as they are every year. My only experience had been driving this car so far on smooth Florida roads. The car has no air suspension and the Michelin primacy 3 run flat tires. Also what’s surprising is this car is low and has the supposedly stiffer amg line suspension. On the other hand my 2019 e450 wagon has the luxury suspension 19 inch wheels also and rides nowhere as good as my Cabriolet. I debate on whether i put the same Michelin tires on the wagon if that will help it ? The wagon currently has the cheaper Goodyear eagle sport tires. Or perhaps it is the rear air springs of the wagon making it more stiff or could it be the cabriolet frame flex’s more and is not as ridged as the wagon therefore giving the cab the better ride. ?Based on my ride yesterday around these bumpy roads. I think I will be driving the cab more than I thought I would this summer.

2018 E400 Coupe
I have a 2018 E400 Coupe with the AMG Sport package (among several other options). My car also has the Michelin Primacy 3 run flat tires and I have to say I absolutely love them! They make for a very quite and smooth ride.

So maybe it really is the Michelin Primacy 3's that are helping the ride. I may just go ahead and put those tires on my Wagon. The wear rating is kinda low on them so they won't last too long, but I'm after a really good ride on both cars.
