Driver passenger seat stuck

I have a 2017 E400 Cabriolet where the right side of driver seat is stuck and the left side is not. I vainly looked for what might be causing the jam up but could not. The motor works for both sides of the seat but only moves the left side while moving the right side a little bit. On advice from this forum I started removing the two front screws that hold the seat down BUT the two back ones are impossible to get to as the are covered up by the fact that the seat is jammed in a position that covers the screws and cannot move.

Any thoughts on how to proceed? Maybe the seats can be detached by screws that attach the top of the mechanism to the bottom of the seat?

Right now my only hope is to pay an ungodly amount to Mercedes Service.as it is out of warranty.
