Are their any cosmetic differences between the E450 and E53?

Are their any cosmetic differences between the E450 and E53?
I know of these differences but is the body identical except for:
Other than the rear quad "pipes" on the E53 and the chrome "trapezoid" surrounds on the E450.
Front end LOOKS the same but are their subtle differences anywhere else?

No pertaining to the exterior- these are the other differences
Other key differences are the E450 has the "official" (Superior?) ABC hydraulic suspension- where it looks like the 53 is the simpler hydraulics?
Better interior options on the E450
Seats are not AMG so they look to be more comfortable?
Slightly slower, Slightly less gas mileage and slightly less expensive on the 450

Was hoping there was one of those photoshop graphics that show the difference between the two- we have some highly skilled photoshoppers on this forum!

2019 E450 4MATIC Coupe
The main and the biggest difference that made my choice is that the interior color in E53 is black only! with white, brown or red inserts. They do not offer the whole white of brown interior color as on E450.
