Is your car a parking magnet?
I always find the least popular area in a car park. It drives my wife crazy, but I will go to the furthest point, where no, or very few cars are parked, to avoid the park by feel merchants and their 'fling the car door open and use the car alongside as a door stop' cousins.
I never park next to any type of commercial vehicle, or a dented, rusty car, on the basis that if they don't care about their own car, they certainly won't give s**t about mine.
Even so, it's incredible how many times I will return to my car, which had been in splendid isolation, to find another car parked close to mine, with literally dozens of empty spaces around in more convenient places.
Why is this?
So far I have managed to avoid any damage, but it is just a matter of time.
Is it just me, or do others experience this same magnetic effect on other car owners?
