Hi all,
First post on the forums, so apologies for any incorrect posts/terminology!

I have a 2019 E-Class Coupe with half leather seats. When helping my partner move some wooden cabinets, I managed to make some fairly decent scratches/dents in the plastic surround that protects the seat itself (see pictures). The car is on lease and I'm confident that they'll try and charge me hundreds (if not thousands!) for the damage.

I've messaged a couple of local firms to me (I'm in Surrey, UK) and have been quoted £300+ for a replacement part, of £120 for a 'decent, but not perfect' repair.

My question is... Has anybody had anything similar to this happen to them? and If so, how did you resolve? My gut feeling is trying to buy the part from a breakers yard or something similar and replace myself.. But would appreciate any guidance! I'm also struggling to find the part number/code from a fairly thorough google search. Any pointers would be appreciated!
