Angry 48V battery fault after 4 miles

Hello everyone,
I bought a new E-Coupe facelift MY2021 (from Poland) and it broke down after just 7km (4 miles) while getting PPF installed (5 days after delivery). I coudln't start it up and the only message I got was the "48V battery see owner's manual" error. Towed the car to the dealership and after testing the said they said the 48v battery needs to be changed. However, the part was unavailable. I am in total disbelief. Customer Service Germany coudln't give a **** about what I had to say. As of now I have no ETA on when the car will be fixed (Car bought from europe and exported to Tunisia).
The dealer tried everything and said they never saw such a fault.
You can imagine how I feel.

you are very lucky that the Tunisian dealer even looked at the car because he did not sell you the car. If it were me I would say tow the car back to Poland dealer and have them fix the car

Don’t know how long you have been around. Service depts don’t care where you bought the car anymore. They haven’t for years. Don’t know about other countries, but in the US, Dealers make their money in service. Good thing you don’t work in service.

By dealer I mean the official representative of the Brand in the country. If you buy a car from Mercedes it doesn't matter where it breaks down, you can take it to a Mercedes representative and they are obliged to fix it. Its written in the warranty.

Sorry to hear about the battery. The V167 GLE owners are having 48V difficulties also. If you read the CV167 information it might help in your case.
