2019 e450 Coupe - Screen/Instrument Cluster randomly turns off and resets
My title says it all. I have a 2019 e450 Coupe and the screen/instrument cluster randomly turns off and resets. This is a daily occurrence, sometimes multiple times in a row. I can't seem to find anything I'm doing the correlates with the issue.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Have dealer check it under warranty.

Blank screens
I have a 2019 E450 convertible with a similar issue. On occasion one or the other of my screens will blank out for a few seconds. Everything comes back when the screen restores. My dealer could not find anything wrong. Until someone who has had a more permanent failure can identify the cause, I am not sure how to address this issue.

Make sure complaint and inability to resolve is documented by dealership invoice for future reference.

^^ For sure have the dealer log in your record NTF and what they did to investigate.
For what it's worth... I have a 2018 and resolved my continuous rebooting issue by removing file media paths longer than 200 characters from inserted SSD or SD cards. Since the 1st week I had the car this has been an issue which is repeatable and resolved by renaming the culprit path.

Hi,
I have a 2019 E-450 4Matic and see something similar. My dealer/service shop is looking at it a 2nd time. This time armed with a video. I’ve shared a link of what I see. NOTE: There is no media plugged in when this happens.
It’s very random and difficult to reproduce but I do see some commonality in that I can drive the car for a short while (say to go shopping). When I finish shopping and restart the car and drive off, generally less than 5 minutes will pass before it resets. Will also happen when driving long distance in which case reset is very indeterminate but can reset numerous times within a short period of time.
I’ve suggested my service center to contact Mercedes Corp for more details to see if others experience the same. I have a background in microprocessors and programming and this appears like one of two things: Either a “memory leak” or a faulty memory component. My guess is that after several firmware updates that have likely happened and that this isn’t more prevalent across all owners, it’s more likely a faulty memory.
Does this video look similar to what others are experiencing?
