I've seen a few of those on some C-Class cars. They look ok, but when I had my C300 I was going to get the actual factory tips. I went to the dealer to place a parts order and came out with an order for a new E-Class!
True to form, I ordered the E53 factory quad tips and diffuser for my car and had the dealer install it. Looks SO much better and really finishes the back end nicely.
