Hi, for anyone considering it; I just posted my Euro spec headlights in the classifieds, I never got around to programming all of the euro Intelligent Lighting system features, but you can
It's been a nice 9 months, but I'm parting ways with my Premium package 3 (all available options in the US) E400 Cab shortly.. so returning her back to stock. Just in case anyone is in the market for one $40k takes it (36,400 miles), or it's going to the dealer next week.
Pic for reference. Take care all, doing my once a year shuffle, likely over to the Audi side of things.. I presume I'll be back to the MB side in a yr or two.

Great mod, looks so much cleaner without the dare I say ugly amber marking on US spec headlights, that said though, if ILS+ is the only thing you needed, the US spec headlights (so I heard) actually has the hardware but just disabled by software, so coding is all you need to have the same features as the EU spec headlights. You could also just make the side marker clear and code the light off. Still though, the Euro lights are way better without the marker in the first place. Great mod!

Yes, I've read the same about the ILS features, and yes you could code out the sidemarker, but we agree-- even w/o the light on-- that Orange is reflector is always going to clash with the car..and with some paint colors even worse than others.
I don't like the facelifted E's face.. but I do like that they placed the DOT reflector outside of the headlamp for much easier, and less expensive deletion.

Sorry for the late reply, just saw your post. Fair enough and I agree, the at least the pre-facelift headlights were more unique in MB's lineup, I mean, only the E-Class sedan/coupe/convertible/wagon had those headlights, not any other MB in the lineup. Now the facelift W213 headlight although still unique to the E-Class sedan/coupe/convertible/wagon with the two dots, it is way too similar to other vehicles in the lineup.
