E220d seat and steering wont move on the drivers side

Hi All
I have a 2017 E220d Coupe but im having an issue with the driver's seat and steering controls.

The controls work when moving the passenger seat (From the drivers side) but don't work for the driver's seat or the steering wheel adjustment. Heated seat also doesn't work and the steering wheel is currently stuck in the high easy entry position. Any help or advice is appreciated.

E220d problem

Hey mate,

I have the exact same problem. Does your heated seat come on and then switch off after a second or two?

am currently looking for a fix as my seat is stuck in a really uncomfortable forward position.

Fix for problem

Hey mate,

update for you, took it to the garage and they said the seat connector underneath melted into the terminal cause of excess heat, he said it seems to be a very common fault. £160 fix including parts, but I had to get it diagnosed so quite a bit more for me but hopefully this can save you some money, just tell them to check the terminals shown in the pics

Checked the connector and I have the same issue, it's getting sorted now and is going to cost £370. I needed a new seat module as both sides were pretty badly damaged. Saved me a fortune with this reply though so thank you!
