E450 Coupe Fuel Filler Door Tire Pressure
The other day I realized 245/40R19 tires are listed in two places on my fuel filler door.
Wondering if the second listing pertains to using 245/40R19 on front and back?
I currently have 255/35R19 front and 275/35R19 rear (what dealer put on the car when I bought last year), trying to decide what pressure I should be using front/back for normal load.

Depending on your driving style and load, adjust up or down a PSI of such tire pressure, if you anticipate cold temperatures or warm temperatures in the coming days, also adjust accordingly.

It is a good idea to follow the tire pressures of the fuel cap just make sure it is checked when the tires are cold (so overnight or a couple of hours at least stationary).

Guess my specific question is if my front tires should be 33 using the first tire section.
Original front tires were 245/40R19 and are listed in first section at 33 and second section at 35 for normal load.

Yes that is fine for the new tire size.
