2018 C 300 COUPE

Tire suggestions for 2022 E450 COUPE 19"AMG WHEELS

Any suggestions on all season tires for my 2022 E450 COUPE w/ 19" AMG WHEELS? I'm sure everyone has experienced the blow outs with any imperfection on the road as well as the sidewall bulges. I think I'm going to buy out my lease but I would definitely need more durable tires... Maybe not run flats? Any advice would be appreciated.

Costco Bridgestone DriveGuards

Costco is typically one of the cheaper places for tires. I waited for the month they had bridgestones all season on sale. They alternate every month or so.
picked up the bridgestone drivegaurds RF highlighted in thease articles amg line 19" wheels. They were better then the stock firestones on my '19 e450 coupe.

Unfortionately the car was cursed. Multiple accidents in less then a year ownership. Totaled out, so didnt have much run time. I would probably consider them again. But also considering going non RF in future for better ride quality. Presently have e53 with i think 20's on it. Even smaller side wall. Thinking about going down to 19 wheel and tire with non RF AS.

Bought my latest car CPO. Started noticing right away lower air pressure. Over time i would have to refill the air more often. Thought maybe temp changes. Until the increased frequency seemed rediculous. One time after fillling it up the night before noticed a 5PSI drop in air pressure next day. Rear tire. Took it to local dealer and they take a look and show me the inside barrel of the wheel had been welded on. CPO was out of state. They also installed brand new rear tires on the vehicle. So how did the weld slip through CPO. Because MB doesnt allow anything like this. Dealer tried to get me to use my wheel and tire warranty that i added. I was like no way hosey. This happened before the wheel and tire warranty was activated and i am not wasting one of my chances on your neglect. Took time to go up the pipeline. But they eventually made it right. Man these dealers in service department in metro detroit are not giving very good service. Lieing, keeping my cars for extended periods of time, makeing me do there job for them. I am not too happy with MB. Willl be calling corporate tomorrow and explaining my less then a year kind of terrible service. So crazy. Broken America.

It is nice to know I’m not the only one with this problem. I needed to replace 3 front run flats within the first year of owning my car. I’ve already bought a spare to put in the trunk. I’m going to replace the front tires first then the rears when they begin to wear. My tires have a lot of tread on them still.
