I have a 2023 E53 coupe with 20 inch wheels. Low speed ride over road joints, bumps, rough surfaces is poor. It causes loud, unpleasant noises in the cabin and vibrations from the rear of the cabin. I am considering the switch to non-run flats, but I would love to hear from anyone that has made the switch whether it really makes much difference on the 20 inch wheels.

Certainly not a scientific poll, but it is uncanny that every E450 owner I meet says the same thing - beware of potholes. I had the Tire and Wheel deal - and used it four times. I swear the Goodyear tires would go flat riding over a cigarette butt. After the Tire and Wheel expired, I switched to Bridgestone tires (the wife's van had them). That was 18 months ago - and many potholes ago - and so far so good. For what it is worth... Exact tire is 245/40R19 Bridgestone DriveGuard Plus RunFlat Extended Mobility.
