Noise coming from driver side front brakes area

Hi guys,

I've got Mercedes E Class Coupe W213 from 2019 and I got an issue where when I brake to a complete stop as soon as the car stops it makes a noise which comes from the right side, driver side front. So only when the car goes from 1mph to nothing that's when the noise happens and also when moving from standstill so from 0 to 1mph. That exact noise also happens when in reverse. I noticed it also happens if I accelerate but keep my foot on the brake slightly to keep the car at 1/2mph, the noise is then constant until I lift off the brake. Apart from that it’s completely fine over bumps, no other issues.

Things that I've replaced in hopes to fix this issue:
  • Discs all around
  • Pads all around
  • New Lower control arm rear on both front left and right sides
  • New Lower control arm on both front left and right sides
The rest of the suspension components look fine according to two mechanics I went to.

When the noise happens, I can kind of feel it a little bit under my foot when I brake, but not directly through the pedal, but in that area under around under my foot, so it’s definitely coming from that area around suspension or brakes.

Judging by my limited knowledge and everything I've replaced, I have a feeling it's something to do with the brake calliper or something related to it, but I'm sure you guys would have a much better idea than me.

Please help!

Thank you

Can you describe the noise? Is it clicking, grinding? High or low pitch?
