Car would not start so I tested my glow plugs and wires through the relay plug. 3 tested fine, 1 tested open, and 1 tested at 22.5 ohms. The 1 that tested open was 2nd in line from the firewall. I swapped it with the 1 in the first position from the radiator and now the car starts with no problem even though I have one bad glow plug. Any thoughts on why this is working.

Also, do I need to be worried about the one that tested at 22.5 ohms. Any info would be appreciated, thanks.

I would need pictures to verify which grounding circuit your glow plugs have.

For the moment, replace the bad units and enjoy the car.
