Glow Plug Coil Turns on after start

I just changed the Belt Tension Adj and the belt tension damper (the small shock) and the belt. At the same time the R-134 leaked out of my A/C system the mechanic at Strauss was kind enough to recharge the system for free. He had replaced the a/c valve.

When I left the shop the a/c was working and now it is not it blows nothing or it blows very weak.

After the Belt Tension adj, belt, and damper were changed the Glow plug coil light in the dash does not light up untill after the car starts.

Has anybody ever seen this or know what it going on. TY John
