300CD rear windows problem.

W104 S500 Coupe
300CD rear windows problem.
Has any one found a fix for rear windows not rolling all the way in?
I see that regulator deforms it self after some usage and back to same problem over and over.
I did replace with another one but after couple of times it went back to not rolling all the way in. There is got to be a way to fix this. Any one?

1982 300D VNT, 1980 240D 3.0T, 1982 300TD
Replace them with new and lubricate the tracks.

I fixed mine by never rolling them up or down.
