Any photos of factory vacuum connections out there?

Does anyone have any photos of the vacuum connections on the driver-side firewall and the multi-line rubber connector on top of the valve cover of a functioning '83 300TDT? Based on what I've been able to find online, I know I'm missing a yellow check valve at the firewall but I'm clueless as to which lines plug into it/out of it. Any ideas what each line (black, amber, solid yellow, yellow w/gray stripe and green w/yellow stripe) is and where they go? I also have a mystery line that's got a screw plugging the end of it. Any ideas on this one? I'm guessing it should plug into the multi-line rubber connector on top of the valve cover but have no idea which hole in the connector.

Photos of lines to be posted ASAP...
