Red face 240d Crank Pulley

Hello folks. I am working on a non turbo Mercedes 240d 1983. The crank seal is leaking. I have purchased the seal kit and instructions from Msource. I have taken all six hex bolts out. But, the pulley will not Bang off. I started with wood and rubber. Now I am up to crowbars and the heavy hitter. Nothing is even budging it. I have ordered a new pulley. This one is already bent. I then pulled the large 27mm bolt out as well. The pulley is still on and wont budge. Thanks in advance. Any wisdom out there?

pulley

Hey folks. I have managed to use the puller and remove the pulley and harmonic balancer as one unit. The tip of the pulley was rusty. I had to use heat and the heavy hitter to bang it off. The tip is press fit about 1/4 of an inch only when the six hex bolts are installed. The pulley is gentle. Any crow bar or hammer will dent it. Looks like the best way to remove it is as one piece; both the harmonic balance and pulley combined. Any suggestions with replacing the spacer? it has striations. I do have the new crank spacer. But, I am unsure as to how to remove the old one. 240d. Thanks.....All instructions and resources are vague for this procedure....

Msource has a free video on the job I seem to recall. The HB and pulley sometimes loosen up and need to be checked.
