240d fuel problem update
I recently posted under the title 240d fuel problem. I'm a little closer to figuring it out. I added a couple gallons of fuel and now fuel is flowing normally as far as the injection pump. Still won't start. If I loosen the connection to an individual injector and crank the engine over, there is a very weak flow of fuel out of the open connection. How strong a flow of fuel from the injector pump is normal? How do you test the injector pump? I think the area of the problem has been narrowed. I'd hate to replace the injector pump but it seems that could be the problem. Please advise.
