300TD Rear emblem - where to buy?
Ok, hear me out... I recently purchased my first non MB vehicle ever, which is a 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 with a German (Opel) designed 3.0 inline 6 diesel. If I could have found a MB with the same towing capacity I would have gone for it, but even the G Wagons top out around 8k. Anyways, really like the truck and the engine is a peach, but I thought it might be interesting to pay homage to my MB diesel heritage and replace the tailgate badge with one from a W123 or W124, since it is a 3 liter inline 6 diesel. Figured very few people would get it and that's the point.
These emblems are long since discontinued by MB. I've found a handful of used ones on ebay, but they're usually pretty rough after 30-40 years of being on the road. Does anyone know of an aftermarket (or even shelved old OEM) badges that are identical and could be purchased?

Unfortunately, I had to buy a whole tailgate to get one. And I just left the tailgate behind...
