W123 oil pressure gauge leak
Hello Everyone. My 1983 300D leaking oil on the driver floor mat and right side panel. I was shocked first until I read that this is a common turbo diesel problem, the oil pressure gauge or the oil line connected to it is leaking. Most likely the gauge. So I have to add another line to my already very long "to fix" list. Does anyone has one working oil pressure gauge for sale that would fit on my 1983 300D turbo diesel? Mercedes Source states that these oil pressure gauges are different for each model and even by years,and definitely one from a standard diesel will not work on a turbo diesel. I heard it's no way to fix it unless you replace the gauge ot the gauge actuator with a good one. Thank you
