1st trip to the 1/4 mile
Went to Silver Dollar Raceway in GA on Sun. This was my first time ever at a drag strip. My best time was a 13.6 @ 102mph. I never could really hook up on the street tires...I spun pretty good on every run. My first run was against a SL65. He ran 11.7 @ 123mph!!!

Did you have the ASR engaged? My best time at the strip is with the ASR connected and working... (14.08 @ 101 mph) Too slippery in the box for the torque happy .036 to have ASR off.
You have the 380 hp motor right?

My car doesn't have ASR. RENNtech claims 400hp. Given that I weigh 280lbs and I didn't take out the full-sized spare and that I spun pretty badly, I think the 13.6 is just about right. Maybe with some DR's and a lighter driver, I could get in the low 13's...
