replacing bulbs

do you know how to remove the plastic screen of the dome light/map light so i can get into the bulb to replace it? according to sylvannia, they are 6411 so i want to replace all of these. how do you replace the rear "vanity" light that turns on when the rear door is open or the switch is flipped in the console. last one is how do i replace the trunk light and the license plate lights??? please be as detailed as possible. for the dome light... do i just slide right and pull down? will i need a lot of force or any tools?

I just did this, all I needed to do was get a small flathead screwdriver cover it with some sort of soft cloth so you don't rip or scratch your headliner. Slide on the right side of the light, pry a little and it'll pop off. Inside you'll see a small plastic cover that just unclips to expose the light bulbs..

ok i just replaced the light in the back seats. there is a clip on the passenger side which you push down. use a little force but don't break it ! once the left part is down, the rest should slide out. the side is glued to the top but it comes off easily. careful with the wires. don't pull straight down. pull toward the passenger side to get the wires out of the way. once thats done pull open the metal clip and apply your aluminum shiner. whatever you like, use it. that will help to give more light by giving more reflection. then use a plastic polish and apply wherever you want. then take out bulb and put the new one in ( if you are replacing ) i wanted the bulb to be more white but it was a yellowish maybe later ill find a bright white bulb. the bulb is a sylvannia 6411.

if you want it to appear more white, then you have to get one of those slightly blue tinted bulbs, but ti wont give off as much light.
