I got the hammers by luck. The seller posted one set on ebay and those got raped fast and were sold, but before he updated the ebay I sent him a bunch of emails and noticed he said he had another set for sale which were in slightly better condition. I jumped to the chance and he knew that I wanted them badly so he saved them for me.

Anyways, they are coming from SLO and it was 560 shipped. Not too bad if you ask me.

rik posted the manual here:

http://2phast.com/500e/wheel_install_17x8.0_et28.pdf

As for the spring pads.

My car has 2 bump front and 3 bump rear. and it sits that low. the Neuspeed springs are simply the h&r springs. the extra lowness may be attributed tot he shocks wearing out and getting softer and not taking some of the load off the springs, or its just cause I got too much stuff in my trunk, though I gotta have the golf clubs in there.

Maybe I should take the extra optima battery out of the trunk that I havent wired up and allt he other junk I don't really need to keep in there.

So yes I have spring pads, and I have the thickest rear ones on. if I could figure a way to get even thicker ones I so would, but my mechanic recommends against it as he fears the spring could jump out of its perch if I go thicker

Yeah Rik is awesome, I was reading that yesterday.

So therefore, your ride height would be a little bit higher if you put in the SP shocks? Not neccessary higher, but stiffer to the point...wait...I don't know what I'm trying to say.

Yeah Alon, you had a lot of stuff in your trunk. Perhaps you should devote a day and organize and clean everything up! just kidding.

I'm still waiting on Sanders to contact me. We'll see what he has to say.

Not bad Mark, what size wheels and tires are you running?

oh and hey! Since you've been racing a number of cars lately and have a lot of stories...I might have another story for you to read this Saturday if you want to race my friend. It's just a mustang. Rape it!

Nice size tires. What brand are they? Your car definitely looks clean now. Keep up the good work. by the way...what happened with the 500E? Did you end up keeping it?

It's just a stock cobra. Nothing fancy

thats a fast mustang.. but I'd rather have a slow benz myself. To me style over speed any day.

But I give props to the stang, cause that thing moved up to top speed pretty darn quick.

lots of cars
crhis you can get the lug bolts you need 4 cheap at ezaccessory.com.

Mustangs are my bread and butter!! But older 5.0 351w have more potential for more power than the newer modular engines for the price. You can put out almost 700-800hp with a 347 and a supercharger at a cheap price. Fords are made for torque that's why i love them.

That's why i have a mustang and a benz! BEST OF BOTH WORLDS!

Too damn bad i have to share the love between them and im just saving money to buy me a paxton supercharger or even a 4-71 roots type but i don't want a raised hood?

haha I know what you mean AB...his cobra has sooo much torque. I think he has problems getting traction in first and second gear though.

Mustangs are just scary period. That's why you don't mess with american muscle cars. lol His car looks absolutely stock too...you won't even tell he has almost 600hp.

lots of cars
That's the only problem mustangs have is that their too light in the back i could smoke my tires for half a block but in racing you don't want to do that.

One day you should take a ride in my 69 mustang with NO POWER STEERING and racing (extra stiff) springs see how scary it is at 160mph. I do have disc brakes so don't worry about not stopping LOL.
