I just realized we totally thredjacked this thread...

But back ont o the matter at hand.. Chris, are you going to get them color matched to your car or leave them silver? if getting the lips fixed, I recommend polishing the lips, they will look hot.

I also found on that amg manual the spring travel limiter for the front, and I located a source for them for like $65.00 or something plus shipping would not be too bad...

I might get a pair of the spring travel limiters for my car. it needs em...

eh...hijacked threads always goes on in these forums.

Anyways, I think I will leave them silver and possibly paint them in the future. I think they're absolutely beautiful now.

That AMG Manaul is absolutely amazing. I hope Sander's can find me the center caps and the AMG fender spacers.

by the way Alon, What are these spring travel limiter you're talking about? I'm completely clueless.

I told him that too on AIM ben...

THe spring travel limiter is for the front to limit the travel slightly to help with rubbing I guess.. I'll be buying a set soon then working up my own copy...

Oooh...I saw that in the manual...It's the ring that goes on top of the shock right?

Let me know how that works. I'll possibly add that as well since I'm going to have sander replace the strut mounts on my car when I get everything installed. I should also replace the two items...I don't know what it's called so here's a picture.

the rusted piece above the shock. Isn't there suppose to be a cover and clamp around that too?

Anyways Ben, It's been awhile since I've heard from you. Let me know what you want to do with that extra set of AMG spacers.
