KE Jetronic Air Flow Sensor Pot. Adjustment?
Hello Friends
i tryed to adjust the airflow sensor potentiometer on my 300te-24 1991 MB
with no luck. i have the bosh tune up fuel injection book for the KE jetronic system. according to the ke adjustmets the pot. value
at rest should be 3200 to 4800 ohm from the center of the pot.
to one end, and to the other end of the pot. 560 to 1060 ohm.
i opend the four screws on the pot. (at the side of the fuel distributor)
but i cant adj. to that values and i get a diffrenet values each time when
i lifted the sensor plate to its highest point, and when it come back to rest position the ohm value is change.
for example i adjust at rest position to 1000 ohm and when i lift the sensor plate to full opening position and then back to rest position the value was
1500 ohm and not 1000 ohm as i adjust it. second time it came back at rest to 1800 ohm.
it seems that the pot. has to be cleand with pot. spray cleaner. is it possible
to take the pot. out from the fuel distributer and clean it with pot. spray?
or where can i buy a new pot. ? what is Mb OR BOSCH number?
