yes and no.
You need the fenders too, and not sure if you will need anything on the underneath to make it fit, but other than that I think just the fenders and the bumper and you are good to go

you're also going to need ot do something about your front rims. The 500E500 has a wider track than a regular W124. So unless your rims stick out past your fender lip now, they'll sit in a bit.
500E500s also had slightly flared rear fenders.

ALL of the lower cladding is 500E specific...you'd want to get it all for it to look decent I would think. ![thumbs](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)
I believe you will also need all of the backing guts/materials for the bumper covers as well as the impact strips too.
