too much fuel after warmup

I own a 1988 300E which has 76,000 miles. It runs well while cold but, after 10 to 15 minutes of running it loads up too much fuel and shoots black smoke, then loses power. Has anyone come across this problem or has any idea what may be causing it?

You should check the EHA valve next to the fuel distributor and the OVP relay..
