Yup, that's why I said I agree with fitment issues.
yah thats the only thing i am worried about too but i dono we'll see maybe i can get some from a junk yard and not pay full price for new ones if they work okay ... cool if not than i didnt pay much

You are still not hearing me. That lip MAY protect your bumper from ONE scrape/hit. THAT'S IT. Then it will be a floppy, cracked ugly POS. Just get one custom made out of urethane or ABS plastic...cheap and easy..I'm gonna do one...

i did research... and both the e36 and the vw mark III jetta are almost exactly as wide in the front as the w124... so if you find a splitter that is straight, i would try it.
