Looking to order some brake parts for my son's 94 E320. There's a chasis number range and I hab=ve no idea where to find it? The split is between B864307 and B864308, but looking at the plate in front of the radiator there is no B864 anything......

Any idea where to find the number?

 

look at the VIN number, it's in the windshield, bottom right or left I think.

 

The only B in the VIN is followed by an EA. Nothing even close to that high a number (VIN ends in 121179)

 

It's still the letter just before the last six numbers.

If yours is A, you're before the split. If it's C or greater, you're after the split.

who are you getting parts from?

any mb part guy should be able to use your vin
