Headrest problem!?!

Ok yesterday i check my driver side headrest and it doesnt want to go up. I think it is disconnected by the rod. So how do i open the seat up and reconnect them? It worked before but i just need to find a way to get it back in place.

The Seat Electronics are a failure point, at least now ten or twelve years out. It could be tarnish on the control contacts, wiring fault, or a failure of the motor itself.

Nooo My headrest works, but the rods are out of the sockets. The motor works but i think its off the track or something. How can i open it to put the headrest rods back into its place?
