No, projectors are projectors, halogen reflectors are halogen reflectors. Just cause someone on EBay sells a mouse as a zebra, does not make it a zebra, technically or realistically

They technically do project.
The bulb withing the "reflector" is encased in a convex lens. The light goes through this lens "projecting" a stronger, consentrated light beam that forms a huge circle infront of my car.
it makes one big "O" in the road, with the O sorrounded by a half moons on both sides. Something like this (O)
though it does not blind drivers infront of me.
I can see everything, stop signs are highlighted as if I had highbeams on, highway signs are lit up like x-mas trees and pedestrians can be seen enough so that half their body from the torso down can be seen quiet intensly. but the light manages to somehow find itself across the road in a twin arch fashion a'la Mickie D's.

they really do have amazing performance, but the look is starting to wear out on me...

I think the burgundy CE is a great color. No shame! Purple....oh man, my girlfriend in HS used to tease me that my '68 was purple. I had to remind her that it was dunkelrot or dark red. Had to let her go... the GF that is, you just don't say things like that about a man's baby

Basically, here's the difference between a reflector and a projector headlight:
-Reflectors use, well, reflectors to bounce the light in the right direction. Yes, they direct the beam in a specific pattern.
-Projectors use a lens to focus the beam in a specific pattern.
So, in a nutshell, a reflector sits behind the bulb and a projector sits in front of the bulb.
So Henry, I understand your confusion, but your headlights are reflectors - as are euro headlights.
And BTW, although I like your current set-up, I think it would look better/perform better with euros.
It seems like your light pattern is this: (O) (O)
The euros have this light pattern: _______/
(you have to imagine that the horizontal line would pass through the center of the (O) in the previous example, and that the light is intense below the line and dim/dark above the line)

haha thanks for the kind words I think Im going to go with the euros and just do HID bulbs. My friend has a mazda 3 and just did HID bulbs, no projector retro, and the beam pattern is very level and quite nice. I dont think its blinding at all. The new bumper will come with the body kit if I ever get around to doing that :C And the monoknocks to finish the new look

HID's with euros is fine, I had them until one of the bulbs died....Will again soon. I don't know what people are talking about when they say they are bad. There is very very little difference from halogen to HID beam pattern but the quality of the light is worth it. Go with 6000k!

There's a Tri-State meet coming up? I honestly don't check the events anymore since you left - meets just haven't been the same. The ones we plan were always the best hands down.
We do however have a LOT to catch up on. Still got the same number? I was in SD fo the past two days. We should of had a mini meet! I have a new benzo same W124. The white one got totalled. I was rear ended.
