Need help replacing Oxygen sensor

Need help replacing Oxygen sensor
Hello everyone,

I am replacing the pre-catalytic converter O2 sensor in a 93 300TE. I can easily find the spark plug like socket in the exhaust, however the cable then runs into a hole in the car and goes ... where? A simple explaination of the complete replacement process would be very helpful. A picture wouldn't be bad either.

It goes under the carpet of the front passenger seat.
