Question Air In the Fuel System?

I have had my E300D 1995 (116500 miles) for about a year and I am starting to have a problem. I start the car in the morning and everything is fine, I will drive about 30 minutes away and then go into an office for about 45 minutes and then come back out to the car and start it and it will run for about 5 or 6 seconds and then stutter to a stop.

When the car is cold it starts fine. If the car is at operating temp it will usually start just fine. only when I let it sit for 10/ 20 minutes or longer do I get the problem.

I think air is getting in the system but how and where? I have had a few fuel lines replaced and they have not fixed the problem.

Please Help?
